The WA Association for Mental Health (WAAMH) is the peak mental health representative body, for non-Government mental health organisations in Western Australia.
  • WAAMH values and upholds your right to privacy.
  • WAAMH is bound by the Privacy Act (1988), and undertakes to comply with changes to the National Privacy Principles included in the Privacy Amendment (Private Sector) Act, 2000.
As a member of WAAMH, you can access various benefits, including receiving information such as Newsletters, updates, resources and other items of interest. In order to perform this service, WAAMH requires information such as your personal contact details.

The information you give us will only be used to administer your membership, and provide you with information that we consider to be relevant, important or of interest to our members. You can advise us if you do not wish to receive this information.

WAAMH has taken action to ensure that Membership data is stored under secure conditions, and only accessed by WAAMH staff. Your personal contact details will not be disclosed or released to any other party.

You have the right to access the information held about you by WAAMH. This record is available on request. Every effort is made to keep this information accurate and up to date. You can ask us to correct it, if you believe it is inaccurate, incomplete or out of date.
